I think they may be wild Lily of the Valley in an intermediate stage of ripeness. Can anyone confirm (or point out what the actually are)?

I think they may be wild Lily of the Valley in an intermediate stage of ripeness. Can anyone confirm (or point out what the actually are)?
The leaves are definitely a Wild Lily of the Valley (Maianthemum canadense), but I wasn’t aware they made berries like that, or perhaps I just forgot. They’re very pretty though.
